TOEX Tools

The TOEX Capabilities Environment (CE) is now hosting a number of live operational applications which are accessible to TOEX teams as well as force investigators.

The delivered applications include:

• App Directory - Hosts the applications, provides key updates, and hosts the training materials for each tool.
• TOEX Translate - A secure tool for the bulk translation of extracted foreign language text from seized mobile devices.
• TOEX Transcribe – A transcription tool for the conversion of audio / video media to text, saving vast amounts of officer and staff administration time.
• TOEX Companies House - An intelligence development application allowing users to identify network links between companies and people, particularly useful for serious organised crime and financial investigations.
• TOEX Wing-It - Search tool that provides users with access to the last 12 months inbound and outbound flight data across all UK airports.
• TOEX Map Scraper – Open-source aggregation tool to allow users to identify all published data on Azure maps relating to a chosen business type across a chosen geographic area.
• TOEX Data Analyser & Review Tool (DART) - Support police investigations of organised exploitation crimes, including Child Sexual Abuse Exploitation (CSAE). It's designed to analyse and review large amounts of digital data, particularly from digital devices, to identify patterns and relationships.
