TOEX Feedback Survey Results

We're pleased to share with you the results from our latest operational feedback survey.

We publish these reports to highlight the value added from the TOEX approach and where there are opportunities for learning. 

The latest report focuses on support provided by TOEX to operations across a number of different regions, that involved research support, intelligence development, analytical and technical support.

Among the feedback, the results included comments such as:

“The assistance of TOEX with our investigation was invaluable - as well as providing expertise that was unavailable to us within Wiltshire Police, the speed with which they were able to complete their interrogation of the relevant computers and digital data was so much quicker than we could achieve and the product was much better than we would have received internally. On top of this, everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a really great experience working with TOEX and I am very grateful for all their assistance with our challenging case.” ​

“The TOEX team we have been working with are invaluable to our operation. They have identified vulnerable victims for us, meaning we can safeguard and capture crucial evidence for our case.
